Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), including the Privacy Policy and other documents referred to in these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”), constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter, “you” or “your”) and Fly Time Education Consultants, regarding your use of the Services as described herein.

BY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE BY CLICKING ON THE APPROPRIATE BUTTON WHEN SIGNING UP FOR THE SERVICES, AND THEREAFTER BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE FLY TIME EDUCATION CONSULTANTS.

Definitions

1. I hereby confirm that I have filled in all the details in the registration form accurately and completely to the best of my knowledge.

2. I assure you that I have never applied on my own directly or through any agency to any universities or colleges, apart from the details provided above. Additionally, all the credentials I have submitted in support of my application are genuine and authentic.

3. I acknowledge that I am being counseled by Fly Time Education Consultants on all aspects of my international education and future career prospects. Fly Time Education Consultants is authorized to represent my candidature on all matters related to my admission and interests with international institutes on my behalf.

4. I consent to Fly Time Education Consultants sharing any information related to my international education with any educational institution abroad. I permit Fly Time Education Consultants to send regular updates to me via SMS, email, or phone call.

5. I understand that the programs and courses I apply to in foreign universities are based on and administered by the terms and conditions and qualifying standards set by the respective institutes. The services offered by Fly Time Education Consultants are limited to assisting students in securing admissions to these institutes.

6. I acknowledge that the programs and courses for my studies have been reviewed and understood by me, and Fly Time Education Consultants will not be held liable for their content.

7. I agree that Fly Time Education Consultants does not guarantee admission to any institute and is not liable in case of rejection or refusal for any reason. Fly Time Education Consultants shall not be held accountable or responsible in such circumstances, and no claims of any sort will be considered.
